  16.      I would like to submit two programs I have written to your 
  17. organization for distribution on a "user supported" basis and 
  18. hereby give you permission to distribute them and to make your 
  19. usual charges.  The copyright notices with the programs and docu
  20. mentation provide that they may be copied and distributed free of 
  21. charge but may not be sold without my permission.  A small contri
  22. bution is solicited.  Please let me know if you require any other 
  23. paperwork.

  25.      The first is  called TEXT CHECKER.  This program will take a 
  26. WordStar text file and check it for certain annoying errors that it 
  27. is hard to catch by eye.  It will catch two kinds of errors --
  28.  
  29.      It will make sure that characters that should occur in pairs, 
  30.      like certain control characters, quotes, parentheses, and 
  31.      brackets, actually do.
  32.  
  33.      It will flag incorrect use of spaces in text, such as extra 
  34.      spaces between words and inconsistent numbers of spaces 
  35.      between sentences.

  37. Errors can be marked in the file or listed on the screen or the 
  38. printer.

  40.      The program is in the file named TC.EXE.  Documentation is in 
  41. TC.DOC.  The file ABBREVS is part of the package.

  43.      The second program uses a downloaded character set on an Epson 
  44. FX series printer to print in Hebrew, after preparing the file with 
  45. WordStar.  The program is in HEBREW.EXE.  Documentation is in 
  46. HEBREW.DOC.  The source code is provided in HEBREW.BAS for those 
  47. who might want to change the mapping of English to Hebrew letters.
